Get a Quote
We want to know all about you, your business and project expectations! You will need to complete our online quote questionnaire about your business, target audience, possible competitors, timelines and more. Using the selected product options and information you provided, we will send you an itemised obligation-free quote.
You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions about the design process or require any adjustments to your project quote. We’ll be happy to assist you over the phone, email and telecommunications applications (Skype, TeamViewer and Google Hangouts).
Once you’re happy with the quote and give us the go-ahead, we will send you an Invoice with a copy of our Service Agreement. Please note that a 50% deposit payment is required before any work starts.
Content is crucial to every website. During the content stage you send us your imagery (product photos, gallery photos, etc.) and page-by-page text (descriptions, summaries, product names, etc.). We’ll guide you through this process and proofread your text content. Content needs to be supplied in a digital format via email or Dropbox.
We start by uploading and configuring all the necessary software. Using your content we will create the pages, navigation and include the widgets and features. You will have full access to the website in order to view our daily progress and provide us with feedback.
During the design phase, we will schedule time to provide online training which will enable you and your staff to update the content of your website (as well as basic maintenance, should you choose not make use of our Maintenance Plan).
Before the website is launched, we test all the pages and features on multiple browsers (Google, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) and multiple devices (laptops, tablets, and mobiles) to identify and correct any issues.
We want to make sure you are completely happy with the website before we launch it. Only when you are satisfied with the final design will we launch the website. The remaining balance of 50% is payable before we launch the website.
Congratulations! We’re ready to present your website to the world! We will deactivate the “Coming Soon” Page and open your website to the public. Additionally, we will submit the website’s sitemap to the major search engines for indexing (Google, Bing & Yandex).
Just like owning a car or a house, a website requires maintenance (making minor alterations, back-ups and updating software). You can maintain your website yourself or you can sign up for our Maintenance Plan and let us do all the tedious maintenance for you.

How much does a website cost?
The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors such as size, features and complexity. Our website projects generally start in the R1500 range for small one-pager websites and range upward depending on the project needs.

I’m not local, can you still design my website?
Absolutely! We service clients from all over the South Africa. We communicate with our clients via telephone, e-mail and popular communication applications (Skype, TeamViewer and Google Hangouts).
Will we need to have a meeting to discuss the website design?
Usually a physical meeting isn’t necessary and the work is completed with only discussions via telephone, email and telecommunications applications (Skype, TeamViewer and Google Hangouts).
What do we need from you in order to design your website?
- Your logo and branding images, preferably in png format with a transparent background.
- Page content text (descriptions, summaries, addresses, etc.) and images (product photos, gallery photos, etc.).
- Any ideas, example websites, sketches or mock-ups you have for your website design.
